Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 June 2026

The short version: Added Time games are made to be opened and played, not to harvest you. We collect as little as possible, we don't sell your data, and where we do need a third party, we tell you exactly who and why.

1. Who we are

"Added Time" ("we", "us") is an independent studio that makes free-to-play sports browser games. For any privacy question or request, contact us at playaddedtime@gmail.com. This is the controller contact for the purposes of the EU GDPR and Brazil's LGPD.

2. What we collect

Our games are client-side and run in your browser. We keep data collection minimal:

We do not run advertising trackers, build advertising profiles, sell or share personal data, or use special-category (sensitive) data.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers ("processors"). When relevant, your data may be shared with:

We do not otherwise sell, rent, or share your personal data.

5. International transfers

We're based in the United States, and some of our providers process data in the US and other countries. Where data is transferred out of the EU/UK/Brazil, our providers rely on recognised safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision) to protect it.

6. How long we keep it

Local game data stays in your browser until you clear it. Anonymous analytics are retained only in aggregate. Payment and contact records are kept only as long as needed for the transaction and any legal/accounting obligations, then deleted.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (EU/UK under GDPR, Brazil under LGPD, and others), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also clear all locally-stored game data yourself at any time via your browser settings. To exercise any right, email playaddedtime@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority (in the EU, your national DPA; in Brazil, the ANPD).

8. Cookies

We aim to run without non-essential cookies. Our analytics are cookieless. The only cookies that may be set are strictly necessary ones — for example, the access-control cookie used by Cloudflare during the private beta, or a cookie set by a payment provider while you complete a checkout you started. These are exempt from consent requirements because the service can't work without them. If we ever add non-essential cookies, we'll ask for your consent first.

9. Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we don't knowingly collect their personal data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the games evolve. We'll change the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be noted on the site.
