We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial enjoyment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Real player names and factual sports statistics used in the games are facts in the public domain; ratings and analyses are our own original work, derived from public data, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sourced from any league, team, or game publisher.
Some games may offer optional paid features, subscriptions, or donations, processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Game ratings, simulations, and "what-if" outcomes are for entertainment only and make no claim of accuracy. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Added Time is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including your statutory consumer rights).
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date will change and continued use means you accept the updates. We may suspend or end access to the Service, or your access to it, at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
