By using any Added Time game or website ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Added Time provides free-to-play, browser-based sports games. The games run client-side; your progress is stored in your own browser. We may add, change, or retire games and features at any time.
You agree not to:
Some games let you submit a score and a display name to a public leaderboard. The display name you choose must not be offensive, deceptive, or impersonate another person or brand, and must not contain personal data about anyone else. Anything you submit to a public board is publicly visible. We may remove, hide, or reset any entry or name at our discretion — for example if it breaks these rules — without notice.
The Service — including its code, original artwork, written content, the "Added Time" name and logo, the names of the individual games, and the distinctive editorial design — is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial enjoyment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Real player names and factual sports statistics used in the games are facts in the public domain. Most game ratings and analyses are our own original work, derived from public data sources (some under open licences such as Creative Commons, credited in-app where used). One exception: the soccer game's player ratings and positions are EA SPORTS™ FC 26 ratings — EA's data, used here as a fan project; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by EA or any league, team, or game publisher, and all such marks belong to their respective owners.
Some games may offer optional paid features, subscriptions, or donations, processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Game ratings, simulations, and "what-if" outcomes are for entertainment only and make no claim of accuracy. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Added Time is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including your statutory consumer rights).
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date will change and continued use means you accept the updates. We may suspend or end access to the Service, or your access to it, at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
